Ditte Milsted Film

Ditte Milsted (born 1982, Copenhagen) is a Danish film producer. After graduating as a producer from the National Film School of Denmark in 2011 she co-founded the Copenhagen-based production company Profile Pictures. Today her company, which she runs with producer and partner Jacob Jarek, is one of the most acclaimed and significant production companies in the Nordic region – having their productions and co-productions premiered at main competition in Cannes as well as Berlin, Locarno, Toronto, Sundance and Venice. Among their impressive filmography as producers takes in When Animal Dreams by Jonas Arnby, Ali Abbasi’ debut feature Shelley, Holy Spider and The Apprentice,Fenar Ahmad’s Darkland 1 & 2, Rasmus Heisterberg’s In the Blood, Christian Tafdrup’s Speak No Evil. Since 2019, they’ve made a significant contribution to Danish drama series with DR’s Follow the Money 3 and HBO Max’s first Danish Original Kamikaze. Later this year they will premiere with their first Netflix series production – Legenden.
