Atelier Axo Architecture

Atelier Axo is a cross-disciplinary design and architecture practice based in Copenhagen, founded in 2019 by designer Rose Hermansen and architect Caroline Sillesen – architect Martin Friis joined the team in 2021. The practice specialises in small-scale architecture, interior design, and furniture.

For each project, Atelier Axo works with site-specific solutions and custom-designed furniture that respond precisely to the existing conditions and qualities of the place. The studio works with a careful, research-driven approach, emphasising honest materials, long-lasting choices, and sustainable solutions. Through close attention to function, materiality, and detail, Atelier Axo aims to create cohesive and tactile spaces with a strong sense of identity.
